Last Stand

November, and it's still warm here in Indiana (70 degrees on Halloween!)! Some of the corn is still left in the fields; it's dry and brown now. This image shows one of the last stands of corn left in a the field (it's part of a corn maze) under a late October sky of high cirrus ice-crystal clouds.

Lovely shot, and like you we've still got warm weather this week, it was about 68F today. It won't last though, so good to capture the last stand before the big freeze arrives...
