Downtown Church

This is the church on the circle in downtown Indianapolis. I really like this building and the way it contrasts with the soaring buildings of the skyline. It seems an oasis of calm in a bustling city.

You are right Brian - the architectural lines of the steeple lend a softness amid a skyline of harsh boxlike shapes. Beautiful shot.

The mighty lamb against the lion of the busy progressive city!

I also like the framing of the trees changing to Fall colors around the image. It seems as if the viewer has paused to peer through them at the church. Is this church quite old? The reflections in the taller office buildings behind the church gives a different perspective.
