World Class City

Indianapolis like to refer to itself as a "world class city.' Most people in Indiana know it as the Circle City because at the center is a war memorial. The road circles it and four major downtown arteries branch off it. I took these pics at lunchtime. It looks quiet, but as you will see, some pretty crazy things were happening!
