This picture was taken about a five minute stroll away from my house. These late summer days are so beautiful by the river; the skies are an unbelievable blue, and the sun shines with that lovely warm tone it has as the year moves into Fall.

Gorgeous- the calm of the water the trees along the side make the perfect postcard picture of a lazy summer day!!! The reflection in the water is OUTSTANDING!!! Question: Is that haze or fog on the right hand side of the photo or a PP technique??

This is magical, the sun has really caught the left bank, leaving the other one that bit darker. Lovely shot!

Reflections and deep blue in the sky and lake scare me! Very nice picture. I wish it was a little bit wider. You are so lucky to live near this beautiful place.

Wow! That is a truly stunning reflection, Brian! That water is like a pure sheet of glass, a very fine smooth mirror, and the reflection in it is just wondrous!! Really like the POV and the awesome colours here....absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!

It's a lovely time of the year in Indiana. Soon, all the Fall festivals start and the air is full of the scent of hay and woodsmoke. The sun is warm, the nights are cool--it's just perfect. However, what follows is not!
