Two attendees at Globalfest enjoy what must be a pretty amazing elephant ear pastry!

Elephant ear pastry? Is it a good ethnic dish? Sounds delicious and it looks like it was consumed with such gusto and enthusiasm. Great expressions captured on the two children-priceless!!!

LV--It's ethnic in that it is pure Indiana! It's a thin, deep fried piece of batter, covered in brown sugar and honey. One piece probably contains a weeks' worth of calories!
